On December 23, 2024 (local time in Angola), just before Christmas, a charity event organized by the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce in Angola, with participation from multiple member units, was grandly held at the Zango 3 Orphanage in Luanda, coinciding with the Christmas Eve. The Chamber's President, Pei Wenhwa, along with Vice Presidents Lin Fengping, Liu Junwei, and Ning Pengcheng, as well as representatives from various council members and unit members showed up like a crew of love ambassadors, bringing care and blessings to the kids at the orphanage. Zhu Xisong from the First Business Division of China Hyway Group took part in the event on behalf of the company and offered their condolences. The well-known Angolan media outlet TV ZIMBO covered the entire event, documenting this joyous occasion.

The Zango 3 Orphanage currently houses over 150 orphans, with extremely rudimentary facilities and harsh living conditions.
At 14:30 PM, the ambassadors of love followed box trucks filled with benevolent supplies, bringing warmth and care to the orphanage's children during the festive season. At the event site, refrigerators, food, clothing, and various educational supplies were neatly displayed in front of the children, embodying the heartfelt affection of the donating units. These supplies added boundless joy and hope to the children’s Christmas, allowing them to deeply feel the meticulous care from the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce and its member units.
The warm and festive atmosphere touched every teacher and child present. Some teachers spontaneously began to dance joyfully; some children clung to the benefactors, unwilling to leave; others sang songs for everyone. These heartwarming scenes brought tears of emotion to many attending the event. This charity event not only enhanced the festive warmth but also showcased the social responsibility and commitment of Chinese enterprises in Africa, playing a positive role in promoting Sino-African grassroots exchanges and supporting local community development.

President Pei Wenhua said: Christmas is a festival to pass on love and warmth. We hope that through this event, the children can feel the warmth of society and know that they are not alone.

China Hyway has been rooted in Angola for nearly 20 years, actively participating in various charitable activities to give back to society and providing help to impoverished children and vulnerable groups within its capacity.
