On the afternoon of February 22, the 11th President's Office Meeting of the 4th China-Africa Business Council and the 6th Executive Council Meeting of the 4th Session were held in Suzhou. An Lijia, Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Liu Cong, Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, Wu Yanming, President of the China-Africa Business Council, Zhou Jun, Vice Chairman of the Suzhou CPPCC and Chairman of the Suzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce, along with nearly 200 representatives including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' African Department, the China-Africa Development Fund, the Ministry of Commerce's West Asia and Africa Affairs Department, and representatives from relevant enterprises, gathered by Lake Tai to discuss new hopes and new visions for China-Africa cooperation and development. Hu Jiaming, President of the Group Company, was invited to attend the meeting.



During the meeting, Vice Chairman An Lijia, President Wu Yanming, and Chairman Liu Cong delivered speeches. The conference also held a special dialogue on private enterprise investment in Africa, focusing on topics such as 'High-quality Industrial Chain and Supply Chain Integrated Development' and 'Sino-African Cooperation in Advancing Modernization Paths and Suggestions.'

As the Vice President of the China-Africa Business Council and a representative of private enterprises, President Hu delivered a speech. He shared the investment experience of China Hyway, one of the first private enterprises in China to 'go global,' which has been operating in Africa for nearly 20 years. He expressed the hope to leverage advantages in infrastructure construction, engineering technology, and talent cultivation, along with the resources and platforms accumulated from years of overseas presence, to work hand in hand with fellow attendees to jointly discuss, build, and share for mutual success and create brilliance together.
