Good News | Our Undertaken Project Wins PAM Sabah Awards 2024 Silver

The Donggongon Avenue project, developed by Homesign Network Sdn. Bhd., designed by Arkitek Oma Sdn. Bhd., and undertaken by China Hyway Group Limited, won the Silver Award at the Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia (PAM) 2024 held on August 3, 2024.

The PAM Sabah Awards is an honor created by the PAM to commend individuals and teams who have made outstanding contributions to the field of architecture. It aims to promote innovative design, sustainable building practices, and exceptional contributions to architecture.

The award-winning project is located in the Penampang area of Sabah and is the first project the company undertook after entering the Malaysian market. It consists of nine six-story office buildings, covering an area of approximately 36,000 square meters, and is designed to provide an efficient and environmentally friendly office environment for the local market. The successful delivery of the project has boosted the company's confidence in expanding its presence in the Malaysian market. It has helped the company gain experience in executing building projects in Malaysia, laying a solid foundation for future growth.

As of now, we have nearly 10 years of contracting experience in Malaysia and hold the highest G7-level contractor qualification locally. We have successively completed various projects, including commercial office buildings, high-rise residences, and hotels. Our construction techniques and quality have received unanimous acknowledgment from the owner side.
