The chairman of the Group Company attends the 17th World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention

On September 10, 2024, the 17th World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention, hosted by the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM), grandly opened in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. More than 4,000 Chinese business leaders, entrepreneurs, experts, and scholars from 168 organizations worldwide attended to discuss the development trends of Chinese entrepreneurs in the new era and the shared opportunities for global Chinese communities. The Chairman of the Group Company, Liu Daiwen, CEO of GREENVERSE HOLDING SDN. BHD, Datuk Wang Xiguang, and Executive Deputy General Manager of TOMA ENERGY SDN. BHD., Huang Haiqing, were present at the conference and engaged in various activities, conducting in-depth exchanges with representatives from multinational companies and industry experts to explore development opportunities and challenges across different fields.

Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar attended the conference and delivered a keynote speech. Anwar pointed out that the active bilateral trade and investment between Malaysia and China lays a solid foundation for Malaysia-China relations. He praised the contributions made by the Chinese community to the economy, education, society, and culture in Malaysia, and affirmed the role played by Chinese entrepreneurs in strengthening economic and trade ties between countries and promoting global economic and social development.

The President of ACCCIM, Low Kian Chuan, stated that Chinese entrepreneurs and chambers of commerce have established a strong business network, becoming an important bridge between the government and the business community. He said the world is at a critical turning point, and there is an urgent need for governments and the business community to demonstrate forward-thinking and take coordinated actions across borders to address global challenges.

For over 10 years, the Group Company has deeply engaged in the Malaysian market and has successfully completed several residential building, commercial building, and hotel projects in Sabah, gaining unanimous recognition from both owners and supervisors. This year, responding to the national “RMB Going Global” policy, the Group launched a "small yet beautiful" project—the Greenverse Environment Tech Integrated Scheduled Waste Treatment Plant—in Malaysia during the first half of the year with an integrated investment, construction, and operation model. This project will fill a significant gap in the scheduled waste management sector in the East Coast and even throughout Malaysia.
