On November 22, 2024, Ding Shaoren, a second-level inspector at the Foreign Affairs Office of Tianjin Municipal People's Government, Li Liping, deputy director of the Tianjin Commission of Commerce, Gao Yafei, a fourth-level investigator at the Foreign Affairs Office of Tianjin Municipal People's Government, and Shi Fang, section chief of the Tianjin Municipal Public Security Bureau, visited the construction site of the Greenverse Environment Tech Integrated Scheduled Waste Treatment Plant Project in Terengganu, Malaysia. They conducted an on-site inspection of the project's security work. They were accompanied by Zeng Biao, Vice President of the Group Company, Datuk Wang Xiguang, CEO of GREENVERSE HOLDING SDN. BHD. and Huang Haiqing, Executive Deputy General Manager of TOMA ENERGY SDN. BHD.

Mr. Zeng welcomed the delegation and stated that the project inspection serves two purposes: It enables timely understanding of the on-site progress of key projects and helps enhance the responsibility and safety awareness of frontline personnel, allowing for prompt resolution of risks and elimination of potential hazards.
After the on-site inspection, both parties held a summary meeting at the project department. The delegation learned detailed information about the project construction progress and the investment in safety facilities, the personnel and property safety management plan for overseas projects, and the project team's emergency plan for unexpected situations. Ding Shaoren stated that the investment in safety facilities and the planning and implementation of management plans for the Greenverse Environment Tech Integrated Scheduled Waste Treatment Plant Project comply with local laws and regulations. He praised the company's efforts in combating fraud and gambling among Chinese employees and put forward improvement measures for various safety work.

The Greenverse Environment Tech Integrated Scheduled Waste Treatment Plant Project is the Group's first "small yet beautiful" green environmental project that employing "RMB cross-border financing," "integrated investment, construction, and operation," and "Chinese equipment + Chinese standards." Strengthening self-inspection and collaborative efforts for targeted special rectifications is crucial for the smooth advancement of the project and for delivering on commitments through quality.
