In-depth project inspection to accelerate efficiency and progress

On November 6, Hu Jiaming, President of the Group Company, visited the KINANGA Seaside Building Project in Luanda, Angola. He was accompanied by Zhu Xisong, Executive Deputy General Manager of the First Business Unit of the Group Company, Tang Haichao, Deputy Chief Economist and Director of the Administration and Human Resources Department, and Zhao Wenchao, Deputy Director of the Administration and Human Resources Department.

Mr. Hu learned in detail about the completion status of various construction phases and the construction plans for the next phase. He also analyzed the adjusted construction period plan. He emphasized the need for the project department to prioritize construction safety and quality. He urged the meticulous preparation of the construction organization plan and the careful organization of each construction process, highlighting the necessity of commencing in-depth design work as early as possible to ensure the smooth progress of the schedule.

During the discussion at the site, Mr. Hu introduced the Group's strategic planning and management philosophy, emphasized the firm determination to implement the business unit system, and hoped that the business units and various business divisions would actively provide rational suggestions to the Group. He also underscored the importance of talent reserves at all levels, encouraging participation in the Group’s talent reserve program for engineering projects, and emphasized the need to strengthen talent echelon construction and to focus on nurturing new talents.
